1. Parties
Seller: the seller that operates Petro. The seller’s details are shown at the top of this page.
Buyer: the person who places an order with their account on the Petro website. The buyer’s name, e-mail and phone number are those registered in their account at the time of the order.
2. Subject
This contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and performance of the entry ticket or table booking the buyer purchases on the Petro website for the event night shown in the order summary. The Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply. The Pre-Information Form, the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Door Policy are integral parts of this contract.
No drinks or other products are sold under this contract.
3. Service, price and payment
- The type of service (entry ticket or table booking), event date, number of tickets or the table, and the total price are shown in the order summary. The amount shown includes all taxes (VAT).
- Payment is made through a licensed payment institution, by credit or debit card, with 3-D Secure verification, in a single payment.
- The contract is concluded when the payment institution approves the payment. If payment is not approved or the 15-minute payment window expires, no contract is concluded and the reserved tickets or table go back on sale.
- The seller issues an invoice as required by law and sends it to the buyer electronically.
4. Performance
- Once payment is approved, the seller confirms receipt of the order electronically; the tickets (QR codes) are shown on the result page and in the buyer’s account.
- An entry ticket gives one person one entry to Petro on the event night. Each QR code can be scanned once; the first scan counts. The buyer is responsible for sharing the QR codes with their guests and keeping them safe.
- For a table booking, the seller reserves the table named in the order for the buyer that night. The table deposit is deducted from that night’s bill. How long the table is held and how the deposit is used are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Door Policy.
- Programme times and DJs are announced on the event page. The seller notifies the buyer of any significant change.
5. Buyer’s declarations and obligations
- The buyer declares that they are 18 or older and that everyone entering with this order will be 18 or older on the event date.
- At the door every guest shows a valid official photo ID. Persons under 18 are not admitted, even with their parents.
- The buyer confirms that the details given in the order and in their account are correct.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.
- The buyer and their guests follow the Door Policy. If entry is refused or a guest is asked to leave because the rules were not followed, no refund is made.
6. Seller’s obligations
- To provide the service purchased on the date on the ticket at Petro’s address.
- For a table booking, to reserve the table and deduct the deposit from that night’s bill.
- To notify the buyer of cancellation, postponement or any significant change to the event and to make refunds under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Not to turn away a buyer holding a valid ticket because of capacity; if this happens, to refund the price.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure activities (entertainment or recreation) that must be provided on a specific date. The buyer has no right of withdrawal from this contract.
8. Cancellation, postponement and refunds
- If the seller cancels the event or the event cannot take place, the seller notifies the buyer within 3 days at the latest and refunds the full amount paid to the buyer’s card within 14 days of the notice at the latest.
- If the event is postponed, the buyer can move their ticket or booking to the new date or ask for a full refund.
- If the event cannot take place because of a decision by the authorities, a natural disaster or another reason beyond the seller’s control, this also counts as a cancellation and a full refund is made.
- No refund is made if the buyer does not come, arrives late or cancels of their own accord.
Details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
9. Personal data
The buyer’s personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Notice.
10. Disputes
For disputes arising from this contract, the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) where the buyer lives or where the transaction took place has jurisdiction for claims below the monetary limit set each year by the Ministry of Trade (186,000 TL for 2026); above that limit, the consumer court has jurisdiction, after an application to a mediator as required by law.
11. Entry into force
The buyer declares that they read and accepted the Pre-Information Form and this contract electronically before confirming the order. The contract enters into force when payment is approved. The seller keeps the contract and the buyer’s acceptance record and sends the buyer a copy by e-mail on request.
